In October 2018, the County of Orange partnered with Dana Point Harbor Partners LLC and Dana Point Harbor Partners Drystack LLC (“DPHP”) to revitalize Dana Point Harbor through a long-term lease agreement. This collaboration aimed to comprehensively improve the harbor, encompassing various aspects like planning, design, permitting, construction, renovation, marketing, operation, and management.
To ensure transparency throughout the project, the County has established a central hub for all project resources. This one-stop shop provides easy access to crucial information such as:
