- About the Committee
The Dana Point Harbor Oversight Advisory Committee’s (DPHOAC) mission is to review, analyze, and evaluate the challenges and resources present for the redevelopment and modernization of Dana Point Harbor. The committee prepares recommendations to advise Supervisor Foley for implementation of policy by the stakeholders and governmental agencies while safeguarding the needs of the facilities, environment, customers, and community that is Dana Point Harbor.
